Digital PCR based nucleic acid quantification

Target audience

PhD students who benefit from targeted PCR-based quantification in their research will be introduced to digital PCR as state-of-the-art method for highly sensitive and precise absolute quantification of DNA or RNA in biological samples. Attendants will have to be familiar with the basics of PCR and preferably also quantitative PCR. Preference will be given to applicants who want to apply the technology to advance their field of research. Postdocs are also welcome.
